Hello everyone! Great to be here. I can't wait to see what's in store.
I've got a crap load of seeds. Super Boof, Cadillac Rainbow and a few others over been collecting.
Unfortunately I'm not able to grow in this apartment.
I really need to start though cause I cannot afford to smoke what I need, it's to dam expensive and with an iliostomy and chronic pancreatitis, I have a hard time eating and holding down my food so I smoke, allot! To me it's allot and to my bank account it's too much. I go thru an Oz every three days.
My apartment is too small and I have no closet space. I have a nurse that comes by and I have no place to hide my grow site.
I could use some help but don't know what I need- 😭
I have some seeds, all hybrid though I'm not 100 whether or not they are feminized but I believe they are-
Any help would be welcomed.

If it's legal... Who gives a shit what you do in your own apartment. Where there's a will, there's a way.

True story... My brother n law got so high one evening he nearly passed out standing up. Yes he was mixing alcohol with the experience. We call the paramedic to check him out and he starts to have a panic attack... But they're gonna find out I smoked weed!? 😐 Bruh, I tell him ... It's NOT ILLEGAL!! He calmed down after that. 🤣🤣🤣

Hey man I just wanted to say that if you really want to, then you can grow in a very small space. I live in a small apartment with one room and I have two tents growing lots of weed.

So if you can convince that nurse that she don't need to tell on you, then there really is nothing stopping you.

If you smoke in your apt. then that nurse knows it and so do your neighbors.

Blow it up dude! Everyone here can help you throw a list of things you may want to acquire, too get going but it can all be done on the cheaper end of things! 💪✌️

Nice set-up. How do you handle curing? Is one for flowering and the other germination?
I agree with your philosophy that I should"do what I want and grow if I really want to- do I go with HPS lighting or strictly digital? Is the digital lighting intense enough for all stages of the grow or do you think HPS? Just curious what you think-

i will admit that HPS makes a beautiful color for flowering big buds. Lots of heat tho compared to LEDs.
Edit: maybe you need some heat in a cold apt

Those are some nice looking trees-
I'm thinking on starting a small grow myself but I'm worried a little that smell will come out of the tent. Do you know if these tents hold the smell inside?
Looking at what you have going you seem to have a great green thumb!

I'm renting because I've had at least half a dozen surgeries that cost a couple million dollars and I'm half dead at fifty but really I don't need to explain myself, right-

I use one tent to grow the plants from seed up until the beginning of flower, so one tent would commonly be referred to as a veg tent and the other a flowering tent. The reason for this is that the flowering tent has a light schedule of 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness. This will make the plant go into the flowering stage. The veg tent has a light schedule of 18 hours light and 6 hours of darkness, that prevents the plants from going into flower until you want them to. This only applies to seeds that are not auto seeds i.e. photo, regular or feminized. Auto seeds will flower at a certain age no matter the lighting schedule. Some people enjoy to grow autos some don't, it's really a matter of preference, but it's something to keep in mind when you are planning your setup.

I dry the plants inside the flowering tent and then I put them in jars when they are dry enough. Putting the weed in the jars is what is commonly known as curing. There is a number of different ways that you can cure your weed, but I just put it in the jars and store it in a dark place.

I used to grow with HPS lights and in my opinion they are not very suitable in a small grow space. They will generate a lot of heat and unless you are able to funnel all that heat directly outside then you will most likely have a lot of problems with heat stress. So I would recommend that you get a LED light, they are not that expansive any more and they generate significantly less heat!

You will most likely not be able to completely neutralize the smell. But if you smoke weed in your apartment then I don't think it will make too much of a difference. Carbon filters will remove most of that smell.
