Some of my plants recently had struggled with Septoria. Nothing that is killing the plant but enough that I’m concerned.
I wash my weed with hydrogen peroxide and lemon juice, then I rinse in baking soda and water solution and then finally water rinse.
Is it safe to smoke these buds if the plant had Septoria?

I don't know for sure, but I'd think burning the leaves would kill anything that's infected them. Tincture made with an alcohol solvent would do that, too.

I've treated septoria with an alcohol spray and that controlled it well. It can be persistent, though.

Any idea if it would be still OK to smoke the buds if I wash them thoroughly?

Burning the buds while smoking would kill anything on the leaves. Come to think of it, it might affect the taste, though. Washing should help if it kills the infection.

It would be helpful to wait for more opinions from folks who have dealt with septoria more than I have. I've only seen septoria once and I treated it before it made its way to the buds. It vaped okay. I also don't smoke these days.

Thank you!

I don't smoke, but I know someone who did try an infected bud and it bothered his throat and temporarily made him feel 'not good'. If you keep them, I would make bubble hash and then experiment on yourself before offering to someone else.
JMHO
I have afghan autos that showed some signs of possible mold and that's what I'm doing.

I’d throw it out in a second if I thought it wasn’t good to smoke.

But, you're asking if it's okay to smoke with some Septoria, aren't you?
Septoria is a type of fungus, the same as Botrytis, bud rot. Same as PM or powdery mildew.
Would you smoke them?

No I wouldn’t and I wouldn’t offer it to anyone else either.
