Hey fellow growers! ๐Ÿ™Œ

We all know that growing, experimenting, and exploring new products is a journey of constant learning โ€” and this community is the perfect place to share that knowledge.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Tell us about your current setup and whatโ€™s working for you:
  • What strains, grow kits, or genetics are performing best right now?
  • Which lighting, nutrients, or soil mixes give you the best results?
  • Have you tried any new Zamnesia products that surprised you?
Letโ€™s make this thread a space to learn from each otherโ€™s experiences โ€” from the first-time growers to the long-time pros.
Tips, troubleshooting, product insights, or clever hacks โ€” everything is welcome! ๐Ÿ’š

Together, we grow smarter ๐ŸŒฑ

4x4 tent with 400 watts. Started with 11 seeds and have 10 in 3 gallon fabric pots. Took previous run to pin down nutrition needs for this autoflower strain. Heavy nitrogen plant. Likes a slow finish at the end with lights trending down. Did present some cool colors by dropping night time to under 60 degrees.
My big take away is environment. Cannabis can adapt to a broad range of temps and humidity but it does not like environment changes that happen quickly. If your grow spot such as basement or tent has a variable temp due to being connected to the house HVAC system you just need to find what temp and humidity work for your space.
My grows show me I would be much better off at 75 degrees and a very stable vdp than getting my tent to 80 and having a humidity bounce that causes the VDP to go up and down. This slows transperation of the plant by starting and stoping water uptake.
I see app posts where growers have a " vdp of 1.2"
Then I look at the minimum and maximum and I see the vdp goes from .9 to 1.5 every 15 minutes. The environment is not stable and yes the average is 1.2 but the plant spends about 20% of the time at this point and 80% out of the vdp range.
If a grower can get a stable number I am finding that the actual number means much less
I was following a window grower who was doing well. No heater no humidifier she took what nature gave and because the planet does not bounce environment up and down her grows consistently did better than mine.
Was a real eye opener.
My strain is Apple Fritter Auto and here is the last plant and results.

Just do no till and living soil, problems are all basically solved once its established soil. Feeding salts is antiquated, plus the pH up and down is ridiculous, phosphorus is a limited resource and we just dump it all over reeking havoc in nature. Nature can do it far better than us, dont reinvent the wheel โœŒ๏ธ
