Did a final defoliation and adjusted some branches. Pretty much hands off until harvest now. Looking at another 4ish weeks until harvest. Im adding a little bit of pk booster at each watering. The stuff is really potent so im only adding about a half gram for each plant. Started some new beans as well. They are two weeks since sprouting now. Unknown strain but my friend said it's supposed to be good.

Cheers!

Very nice for both old and new ladies. You're going to have a really good crop.

All is well. Close to finish line. Couple more weeks still. The hot temps have been a pain in the ass. One of the plants really doesn't like it. Next summer I'll install an ac in the grow room. Smaller plants were transplanted into new soil amended with gaia green and castings. Found some really cheap soil that looks very promising at Menards. Sunshine Organic potting soil. Looks great for half the price! They were starting to get hungry in those solo cups as you can see. They'll bounce back soon. I also topped them. Hoping these show sex by the time the tents open. Other than that all good.

You have great patience not cutting the mature plant that's very yellow/brown. There's lots of nice bud there.

I still have flower from two harvests ago. Lol. No hurry. Those last couple weeks really make a huge difference too. These are still going to swell alot. It does look tempting though.

Two more weeks. They are starting to swell and put on weight nicely. Smell is awesome. Babies look so much better after transplanting three days ago too. Already recovering from topping and ready for lst tomorrow. Hopefully they don't outgrow the space in three weeks.

Plants have been taking forever to ripen. They will be getting chopped this upcoming Monday. Calyxes took forever to ripen this time around. Im guessing maybe it has something to do with the higher temps during the summer months. All is well though. Closet plants are looking good too. I topped all of them and they are ready for the big tent. Hopefully they'll start showing sex soon. Its about that time.

Cheers yall!

You take longer to decide they're ripe than I do. You have a lot more patience than me, likely because of experience.

Nice grow !!!

Ended up with over a pound dried trimmed and cured. All in all it was 16 ounces of trimmed flower and another 3 ounces of really small buds that I didn't feel like trimming anymore. I'll use the untrimmed 3 oz along with the trim to make some bubble hash once it gets a little colder outside. I always get better results with bubble bags outdoors when its cold. The plants I had in veg ended up being some very unstable genetics. 3 out of six plants started growing nanners after stretch. I took them out of the tent and put them outside. They have another 4 weeks to go outdoors. If they finish without mold, rot, or pm then ill use them for bubble as well. That or make some edibles. It is what it is. I've already started some new papaya punch x okie feminized beans from @Variety719. Btw, his shipping and service was fantastic. Here they are 10 days since sprouting. Ill probably veg these for 6 weeks and flip them to flower. Big plants are cool but they are a ton of work.

Cheers yall!

Papaya x okie are finishing up week three. Had an issue with fungus gnats in the bag of soil I bought. Went ahead and put a top layer of sand and used diatomaceous earthbon top to kill them off. Starting ipm regimen once a week as well. These will be transplanted into 5 gallon pots next week. I still have some plants finishing up in the tent and outside. The three plants that started growing nanners went outside and are almost finished too. Probably another 3-4 weeks left for them tops. Smell great and turned purple from the cold. Its starting to get cool and wet here in Chiraq so I made a make shift canopy for them by my deck. Im gonna do a proper outdoor grow in the same spot come next spring as its a perfect space. I can't wait for these papaya punch x okies to start flowering. Other than that all is well!

Cheers Yall!

Going ahead and topping them. Just watered but I will transplant them into their final 5 gallon homes later this week. Plants in the tent need at least another 2 weeks to finish.

Cheers!

Just topped them so they can slow down a bit while the tent finishes up. Need another two weeks at least for tent to finish. The plants the went outside because they threw nanners in the tent have finished. They turned purple from the cold. I chopped them, dunked them in somewayerto wash them off as they were dirty, and hung them to dry. Everything looks and smells really good! Buds are very dense too!

Day 24 since sprouting. I'll be transplanting them into their final 5 gallon pots tomorrow. They are way too big for these small pots. They're slowing them down alot. Still debating on whether or not I want to re ammend and reuse my organic soil or buy some new soil and start fresh. Idk. All is well though!

Cheers!

Soil isn't expensive but is important. I'd go fresh.

I use autopots for inside grows and with good root development the soil doesn't get reused.

How do you like the autopot system? How often do you have to refill the reservoir and for how many plants?

This year I'm planning 2 regular plants for a winter grow in a 4x4 tent. I've already ordered potting medium for a winter grow. I'll use a promix/coco medium in autopots. Growing regular seed means it might turn into a no-grow but I find I get more females than males and regular seed and plants grow bigger with regular than other options.

I don't fill the reservoir up to the top when I add water because it would de-oxygenate/ go stale sitting over a week. I add enough water and nutes for 2-3 days. The first few days of a grow I top water while the system wicks up water. After that the autopots take care of water so you never have to wonder if I'm over or under watering. The root development on autopot plants is far better than hand watering in my experience. I've got older models with smaller lines that clog sometimes so my once a day check ( ;-) ) includes making sure water is still getting to the pot bases.

Root development and getting watering right is why I like them. I've bought things for growing that weren't worth it. The autopots have been excellent.

I use clay pebbles in the bottom which give air to the roots. I've grown pure coco and pure promix with autopots. Both work. I don't try to reuse soil because there are too many roots to reuse easily and the cost of new medium that hasn't been used up, infected, etc. isn't worth the time and effort I put into a grow.

Best wishes.

What and how much do you feed? Oh, and do you add bloom nutes?

What and how much do you feed? Oh, and do you add bloom nutes?
I watch leaves and if they're turning light green they get nutes during veg if the regular amount isn't taking care of it.. If tips are changing color (burnt) I back off the nutes.

I use Megacrop for veg and generic bloom nutes during bloom. With bloom you still have to watch color of leaves for nitrogen and give bloom nutes on a regular basis. Watching the plants reaction is more important to me than the latest meter, getting the maximum what ever.

There is a definite business interest at work with weed. Autopots, Megacrop, Promix, Cannacoco and a good light are on my list of weed related things I'd buy again for indoor. And Lucky13 seeds of course ;-). There are supporting additions like a light timer, fan, carbon filter, magic butter machine ...
