I would try bending/tieing it down and use some stakes as well, take off anything burnt, spread it out the best u can,a bit defoliation would help at this point as well, she won't stretch much more after a week or 2 now.good luck,76

Thanks you very much for the reply i'm going to defoliate as much as I can without stressing my plants too much and also bending them down as much as i can. This is my first grow and I've learned a lot from it. My 2nd grow woth my clones will come out much better.

Definitely needs a de-fol. I'm in the same boat. I was taking care of an ill family member, so ended up 4 weeks too long in veg. I'm at 10 days in flower.

id do my best to try and tie her back get her 8-12" away from those lights if you can, id tie them and pull them down slowly though so you dont crack a branch, dont just yank em but they should have a bit of flex, those tops are gettin toasted up top

Leaving on lst clips past training can result in abrasion of the stem wall as it grows resulting in pathogen entry into the plant.

A lot of that grow is not going to be effectively lit due to depth of the plant. I would start by clearing out small stems that are nothing more than suckers on a tomato plant. Stems that run 24 inches and then pop a node for a leaf are not going to be productive. By eliminating the non productive vegetation you should have some room to pull down some tops.
That is a mess. Good luck.
