So.. I have two 6" ac infinity fans. One at the base of the plant oscillating so some air is pushed under and through the plant. I have one above the canopy blowing across the top, I also have another 6" stationary fan on the other side blowing directly under the plant. Would you defoliate this? Lollipop? If not, will it be fine? I'm thinking stretch is pretty much done, maybe a tad bit more but they've been in pre/early flower for three weeks+ so we're well into mid flower now I'd say. These bushy ones get to me sometimes and I figured I'd ask.

I'm also able to control my environment within +/-2

It's an auto, I wouldn't do much of anything, just let her go. You could take a few fan leaves, if they're blocking bud sites, but don't go crazy. Those fan leaves are the solar power for the plants growth.

I defoliated to open up for air flow. Only lower clumped up leaves. Then there were 4 tiny side branches tucked underneath that would be all larf and were getting no light and I trimmed those. With all this growth I have I'm hoping it's all good. It was way too thick and bushy and needed some sort of trim. Just hoping I didn't go too heavy. I'll send a pic

If you're still in stretch you will be good. Even if right out of stretch you will be alright. If my plant looked like that and I felt I still had some stretch, Id come back tomorrow and thin her out again. Depending on how she responds to this trim I might wait until Sunday for second one.

She looks good tho! I just zoomed in on the second pic to get a better look. You can take more. I would be targeting older bigger leaves that are below the canopy and in the center. If the leaves aren't get light take them basically. Leaving the big fan leaves around the edges. I think it's important to clean her up now before serious bud development starts. Do this in a couple sessions tho.

I don't lollipop but if I see a lower site that doesn't deserve the plants energy I snip it.
