A showing of the conductor would bring you back...“I grew one auto flower successfully ( 23 grams) now I sit on THC farmer giving advice all day.”

I hosed my Bob Barker....2 days ago....found webs.....gonna hose at lights out tonight again with Captain Jack deadbug....just to kill any hatchlings....bastards. Hate fucking bugs....Ha! Another case of perfect timing. Last night I did a super aggressive application of Captain Jack... Actually worked with two spray bottles, one in each hand firing away like six-shooters.
So this morning I wake up, That bitch Ana showed up and she ain't no saint.. rH scraping the bottom of the barrel, and the onset of a "Weather related pest event."
Bottoms of fans blanketed with aphids and crowds of thrips gathering on the lower sugars, you talk about a fucking Trainwreck... oof. Misted what I could to knock off the volume, reapplied the cap Jack and now I just gotta trust it's gonna do it's thing and not get intimidated. But I'm damn glad I treated ahead of time last night!
It's harvest time.....everyone is enjoying there rewards...the conductor will be back before you know it....to lead us. Harvested a Lambsbreath Auto.....looking good....Yeah, yesterday was about the slowest Saturday that I remember...![]()

I can confirm hps does keep my tent in uninsulated shed warm in winter they get a bit cold on lights off but growth doesn’t seem to slow down as I blast with heat on lights onGet insulated foam board for your shed, the kind that has mylar on one side. Put seed mats under your pots and wrap them with weather resistant electric blankets. Strains that do well outdoors, that are good at tolerating RH and temperature swings and can handle a few bugs gnawing on em without getting too stressed are probably going to be your best bet. Check with other locals about any outdoor runs they did outside of seasonal margins that did well and what they grew.
We typically only get down to the low 40's at night here through winter but I'm looking at weatherproofing my shed similarly... they grow agonizingly slow with cold roots, but they do grow.
Edit: Any of you old timers know if an HPS lamp will keep a shed warm enough in the winter? Or an IR heat lamp? I'm usually more worried about keeping temps down except for about 2 months out of the year I worry about the cold.
Negative ghostrider it’s comin down still and looks like it’s gunna all night, we’ll see I’ll be up at work radar looks like it’s gunna be goin for awhileWhats up @Mikedin. When you wake up, hopefully the snow is melted

When the tent drops below 55ish (when we’ve been running the wood stove for awhile) I put in a heater usually, usually just an oil heaterI can confirm hps does keep my tent in uninsulated shed warm in winter they get a bit cold on lights off but growth doesn’t seem to slow down as I blast with heat on lights on![]()
Yea Ive got no room for an oil heater in my tent I used to just put 1 near the inlet during lights off that seemed to help a bit but I’m as low tech of a grower you’ll ever meet no fancy gadgets in my grow room I only run a dehuey last 2 weeks of flowerWhen the tent drops below 55ish (when we’ve been running the wood stove for awhile) I put in a heater usually, usually just an oil heater

Thanks Ninja already insulated, seedmat & 2 250 watt heat elements , during the heart of winter i run autos 20/4 & that helps. looking for genetics that are heat [photos] or cold [auto] tolerant, tent temps run from 60f to 90f. no control of humidity at all. Actually i insulated the tent not the shed with 1" foam bord.Get insulated foam board for your shed, the kind that has mylar on one side.
