I use this coco, bought off Amazon.
I haven't had any problems add water, fluff up , fill pot , plant germinated seed, watered seed with warm water and did the 18/6 light scheduled.

This was my last reading with lights off
He other was lights on.

That was my second tent, lights not monitoring with V. Humidity and temperature was monitored by V app
