Okay, I know you're an experienced grower, but I started my grow similarly, and didn't get it resolved until I poured 4 gallons of water, in 2 stages, thru my 5 gallon fabric pots. (I did this in the tub because there was so much runoff)
Afterwards the plants looked so much happier. I'm still having issues, but that's because I gave them way to much fertz.

Update she’s doing a lot better now, I brought her back to life after her rough start. I almost forgot about this thread
