Contemplating letting it dry back a bit, let the reservoir dry out for a day or two. Roots need to breath is what I'm thinking, or am I thinking to much? 😏🤔😕

I would've waited a little longer to fill the reservoir. I stunted my first Banana Daddy from Ethos by filling too early. You want to make the sure the plant can drink it in a week or so.

The soil will feel wet. Wetter than you are used to. But don't forget the 1" air pocket that is always there, even when the reservoir is full. This I think is the secret behind the monster growth of these boxes. Contributing to the constant moisture in the plastic much cover. It helps keep your worms happy and allows feeder roots to proliferate.

I have also learned to never put anything but fresh clean water in your reservoir.

What a cutie, I have a Shar Pai that needs her ears douched all the time. Throw away that fert Earthbox packaged with your box. It's OK for veggies but not herb. I couldn't even get decent basil using it. Nothing in it for secondary compounds.

Appreciate the input @7munkee thank you. We will use that nutrient pack for the flower beds outside then. Saved me a headache on that one, thanks. And for sure ... Fresh water ONLY! 👊💯🙏

Yeah, I figured that stuff was junk, plus I already had amendments for them so I got the earthboxes alone. Wish I would have not been so cheap because I didn't get the casters. I regret that now lol.

I'm turning 60 this year and have CoPD. I operated a cutting torch for almost 30 years in a scrapyard and breathed in burning chemicals all day. I depend on the casters. Lol I have even rolled one down my stairs with the casters. Bounced half my soil out, but got it moved! I hate asking my sons for help because I am Dad.

so with CoPD, how to u consume your pot. I assume u cant smoke it?

Its an Arizer Extreme Q2. I have a bowl for herb and a special bowl for wax/dabs/hash. It includes a whip ( hose to smoke from) and a bag to fill up and walk around with.

They're growing fast, makes me nervous when that happens. Nice problem to have. 😜

they're technically not really ready yet but they seem to be days from that, Thought I'd give them a little push. 😏

Oh yes.. the timing! I'd like to squeeze in another grow before summer hits too. If by some miracle we get some extra cash, sure would be tempting to drop a mini split in the garage to cool it off some.

MINI SPLIT! You can start now by getting the garage door insulated. Thats not too expensive and is something that could just help in general even if you weren’t using the garage for that : )

I hope you are able to get one installed! That would be badass! 🤩 I’ve thought about hooking the window unit to my garage and using it for drying in the summer but thats pipe dream stuff for me over here😆✌️
