Plants are about 3 months old, getting ready to flip and was trying out different training techniques through veg but ended up giving a good snap to the stem of the tallest plant so haven’t been training that one for a while. it’s healed up fine and i’ve gotten it back pretty healthy. the rest of the tent isn’t too bad but things could have gone better. Just curious how others would deal with this. My only idea is to just raise the other plants up to match height since I’ve got a good 2 feet of tent space still. they’re all different strains and hybrids so I don’t think this will be an issue, just not sure what I can use to raise them up. Has anyone tried anything similar to this?

Since people like to ask about the setups:
Temps are 75-78 at night
rh 60 during the day, peaks at about 80 at night
organic top dress as food
water cycles was the main issue with the plants during veg but have been solid for the last 3-4 weeks
Still a bit new to growing, have 4 harvests completed and haven’t had to cull a plant
Airflow is good, got a 450W light going at 75% power and have another 150w light i might supplement with (haven’t tried it before but it’s a 4x4x6 tent so 600w in a 4x4 is high but from what I’ve read it should be ok? let me know)

Did nobody tell you about the stretch before flower? You might be fucked :$.

You can use anything cinder blocks or nets I saw a cool idea dude put them on the net and then under the net was a water catcher from watering.

The plants look awesome! You could use milk crates to set the short plants onto and that would raise them up. When you flip to flowering they will stretch quite a bit, so that tall plant may need to be tied down more. Or you could cut the taller branches, makes room for the lower bud sites. Trim up the bottoms of the plants.....lollipop if you will. 👍🏽

2 gallon buckets will hold a drip tray for a 3 gallon auto and raise the plants 7 inches.
5 gallon raises 13 inches.

You have options before you flip. I would carve her up and get it close to the other plants in size. Doing this before stretch should not hurt the plant at all as you obviously have a good root system.

Here is a tent pic of mass autos in a 4x4 with pots at 3 different heights.
The floor is also raised 7 inches to make grabbing the pots easier.

Buckets could work, it’s only about a 6 inch difference. I was going to try to tie it a bit but I got a pretty good snap on the main branch so I’m not banking on training getting it down so far. I have another 2-2.5 feet of space without it hitting the light if it stretches to close to double height. The net sounds like a good idea but I think there might be too much weight. I was hoping to get a grow without a trellis net because that’s all I’ve done, but I might end up just having to use one again, even if it’s to just help support the bud weight. What do you guys think about the extra 150w light?
