What do you guys do when your plans get close to the lights like this? It doesn't seem like they're stressing or anything, but they're just very close to the light they have about 5 weeks left of flowering

Research supercropping and give it a try. It's kinda scary the first time you do it but every plant I've done it to never skipped a beat. It's saved my ass a few times . Basically you gently squeeze the stem until it's pliable and bend it over at a 90° angle, put some tape over the wound and support it until it heals. Everyone should try it at least once, it's a valuable tool to have when a grow gets out of hand.

You can super crop but the underlying reason for the stretch need to be addressed.
It looked like you have flowers 24 inches under the tops and the pistles are gapped pretty large. Stretch is from low light and can happen fast.
What light and how much energy is on the grow now?
Did it have a different light earlier in the run?

Nothing's really changed. I've always tried to keep that same light at about 18 in above it. As soon as I put it in the flower it went into like a super stretch mode

It's a Bestiva light. Not really sure of the wattage. I just know that it has two switches, one for flour and one for veg LOL

Super cropping would be your best friend in this scenario . ASAP. Happy Growing!

Your most level height press, squeeze and gently play back and forth branch till it's pliable to bend all the way to trellis then tie on to trellis. Good Luck
