There are two kinds of people in the world: The ones who think cannabis is still a dirty little secret… …and the ones who’ve watched it become a multi-billion-dollar circus where everyone suddenly wears a blazer and pretends they’ve been “passionate about plant medicine” since birth.
This story is for both. Because whether you love weed, hate weed, or just like watching human beings turn absolutely feral when money gets involved — The Wolf of Weed Street is not really about weed.
It’s about what happens when you take a plant that used to get you arrested… and turn it into a luxury product with investor meetings, marketing teams, and people saying the word “synergy” while holding a jar of Purple Monkey Breath.
It’s about the suits.
It’s about the hustlers.
It’s about the “entrepreneurs” who couldn’t tell the difference between a trichome and a tricorder… but suddenly want to run the industry.
And it’s about the wolves — the ones who can smell profit in the air the way a grower can smell a ripe room at harvest.
Some of what you’re about to read is exaggerated.
Some of it is not exaggerated enough.
And if you’ve ever worked in cannabis, grown it, trimmed it, sold it, or even just watched the culture get swallowed by corporate teeth…
You already know exactly what I mean.
So light one, pour something strong, and enjoy the ride.
Just remember:
The plant didn’t change.
The people did.

Any of you folks in the Southwestern US, i.e. California, Nevada and Arizona, just a heads up there's a launch planned from Vandenberg at 5:59 p.m. This launch puts it in the time window for cool visuals, if the clouds manage to stay offshore until then.
