Ok, so I moved the sativas to the back and indicas to the front, just in case, just in case! New setup below:

Been controlling the tent environment with temp/humidity targets during seedling phase so was a bit swampy in there. I even had to get a fan heater blowing in to hit my temp targets (especially overnight) as my main ACI heater was just not powerful enough but that will be rectified soon enough.

Then yesterday began the switch in to proper early veg as more than ready. So lowered humidity and will switch over completely to VPD target control tomorrow. I might also set the dehumidifier up, we'll see. Be interesting to see how it operates with everything else and flattens those curves even more (hopefully!)

And finally just slowly, gradually increasing the lights. Sitting on approx 320PAR, 36in from the canopy atm. Nice. 😎

Anyway, some pics on day 15:

Did I say tomorrow, I obviously meant a couple of weeks!? Anyway, been a few issues I've had to work through but coming out the other side now thankfully.

Had to add extra warmth as was getting too cold at night and it dried out all the plants badly, lots of v droopy leaves and stalled growth. Has been sorted now and have also done a lot of chopping and two toppings and they are back in the groove with new growth looking good. So a bit of a reset really which with photos is obviously fine and can get away with...phew!

Plan to up the nutes tomorrow I think and then going to try out a SCROG net for the first time and see how that goes.

Ok, had a few more problems and had to do a major defoliation as they were just about strangling themselves and causing moisture traps amongst other things.

So went to this:

And now bounced back nicely to this:

I've gotto say I'm finding these photos quite frustrating but hopefully I've got a better handle on them now. Just need to keep on top of them with some specific LST per plant and TLC for all!

Next up I have plenty to do this week equipment wise and a slight tent re-org. Out with the old and in with the new!

And then add the trellis/scrog net.

Trellis net in, that was fun...not. Nearly fell over whilst stretching to hook it up a couple of times. 😄

No idea if its the right height or not, it's just touching the tallest plant atm. I might lower it and feed them through as little. At least double their height left for the stretch etc.

Thanks @gmonster714, it's taken a while to get here but we are cooking now. I love me some gadgets...lol!

Added the dehumidifier yesterday (v interested to see how this works as been needing one for a v long time) and space is getting tight so a little re-org is definitely on the cards. Then it'll just be the new AC/heater (one combined unit) to replace the separate A/C and heater I have hooked up (outside the tent) and we should be good for the foreseeable.

I lowered the trellis some more yesterday so have a few poking through and they seem to be happily settled for now. More pics to follow!

I use screens a lot so when I see a screen or net i stop and look around. I like that you dont crowd plants. Ima firm believer in giving them a 2x2 space 4 is perfect for a 4x4.

I use what I call floater screens 18x18 and 20x21 to flower which give me the ability to be mobile and still get the scrog efficiency. Thats not an option with rigs like this. Your base is kinda locked in place for the grow.

Anyways, I love seeing folks use training to get the most out of a grow.

Wow, those are some good looking ladies, great work!

It's actually a 5x5 I have so should be good for space. I was actually thinking of maybe another screen when they finish their stretch, just to hold them up as it were. Will see how it goes.

Any advice greatly appreciated as ever. Think I might even lower my screen further tbh.

Thanks man, 5x5..damn. I thought it may be with that side door. Those are sooo big..lol. I saw one at the grow shop setup. Huge.

Thanks for dropping by. Youve got a pretty solid setup. Im not a big fan of nets. They just dont have the rigidity to hold back a healthy plant. I use solid coated wire fencing cut to size. No frame...just the wire with a little help from zip ties now n then. Lots of examples on my thread if it interests ya.

Will take a look for sure. Never used a trellis net in my years of growing but always good to try new things I say.

Well, I installed the new AC/Heater combo (outside) and removed the other two. Also did a big re-org of the tent, moved everything towards the back wall (lights included) and then the humidifier and dehumidifier to the front. Lastly swapped the fans and camera round, sheesh! Always forget how hot it gets in there under the lights after a few mins! 🥵😄

Now to let it settle in and see how it pans out. Should flatten those curves and make the ladies v happy! 😍

Ha, thank you both, appreciate the kinds words and encouragement. It definitely scratches a neat and tidy itch in my brain...lol! Overnight data showing better, smaller swings so I'll start to tweak and dial it in further after a few more days/week as needed.

Now to let them just get on with things. That Project 4516 is a stubborn little lady, growing but slowly and not much height (compared to the rest so far).

Be mixing up a new reservoir shortly as they're down to 5gals (tap level is approx 2/3gals height).

looking good Lenhug! They look really happy

Thanks man, hope all well with you and your grows. That DP is a lively lady!

Will grab some more pics and throw them up here. Been taking off leaves here and there to open up bud sites. The autopots make them grow so bloody vigorously they end up layering themselves up (hard to describe) very quickly so definitely have to keep on top of it. Also have been starting to bend them under the trellis, learning as I go.

No idea how much longer to veg them for tbh, maybe another couple of weeks? They're about a third of the available height in the tent atm so have to plan for them to at least double in size (if not more) during the stretch is what I'm thinking.
