Looks good to me....looks to be a great job I'm having issues with my scrog.....will take snap shot and try to get mine to look that way.....next run. Wait to hear from others....I can be terribly wrong.😂
I find using the yellow bud trainer clips helps to get those bottom branches out and away from the main stalk to open the middle up for light flow. I’m still a rookie and trying to soak up all the knowledge I can from everyone on here that has done this their whole lives. I don’t have a mentor here at home so everyone on here is my mentor and I appreciate all the feedback, good or bad, more than you know!! I’m curious to see your pictures of your scrog net. I like the one I’m using because it is elastic and has the hooks installed on them which has made it super easy to install and manage.

I am wanting your guys honest opinion on my SCROG technique that I’m doing this run for the first time in my life. My plants are on day 29 of veg, and they are at a height of 7-8 inches. I topped them last week and added the SCROG net at the beginning of this week. I’ve only been growing for two years now and I haven’t stopped since. Honest opinions and suggestions are greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thanks again and happy growing everyone!!
That’s how I would do it, if I had to.

Thank you for your feedback!! I'm always questioning myself and if I'm doing it right since I've never done this in my life and I've only been growing for a couple of years now. How long does the veg cycle normally go to fill up the canopy space to 80% so I can flip to flower? Here is an updated picture I just took and I'm on day 31. It feels like I'm going to be in veg for another month at this rate. I have topped these plants already too. I really do appreciate the help and feedback. I can handle constructive criticism as well lol.

Since most of us on this “outdoor” thread grow outdoors, the flip usually comes mid August, naturally, controlled by the hours of sunlight/darkness. However I found this on the internet for photoperiods…

Same old same here
Maybe check out 2026 outdoor grows. There's a few of us gearing up. Myself included. I'm looking at doing 7 different strains. 2 from regs, if I get females. Beans popped and in soil....now the wait to see what comes up. I won't even get to the garden till May. I'll pop my fem beans, end of this month.

I've been upgrading my beds a little. Building trellis for each. I have 3 new strains of photos I got from a local breeder on top of my normal Bruce Banner and Blueberry. Other than that just playing the waiting game and letting the natural ecosystem do its thing.

Im going to be in Texas visiting my dad for the entire month of April, then it'll be time to start popping seeds when I get back so I have to have everything pretty much ready by the end of the month.

That looks fantastic, I am extremely jealous of your garden. 😄

It be usual 2 or 3 outside in 5gal pots for me. Have some lovely Northern Hashplant seeds I was kindly given I really want to try and then maybe one other. Will wait till end of this month to begin so few more weeks to mull it over.

I'm a big fan of Stonington soil and dry amendments but might switch it up and try some of that BuildaSoil I keep hearing great things about.

And hopefully no bloody caterpillars...b@stards! 🤬
