The seedling s now a few weeks old and showes up this leafs and brown root.
The root got greener since yesterday n the new leaf row is green n growing.

Turned the light to 30 . 49 % , spider 1000.

Flushing once a day, watering all three days. Fresh air is around the clock.

. Cutting the dark leafs to the middle?
. Letting it figuring our for herself. ( My favorite. )
. Putting a big cup to raise ?

I use pure coco soil and plain water.
73 Fahrenheit
61 humidity

The second seed did not wanted to take the soil. The white root was about one cm. But the seed did not grow move... can't find oo--

Thank u

Ps. Two new seedlings are in the box.

Wow,that looks pretty rough. I don't grow in coco but I would first guess ph or watering problems. Hopefully someone with more coco experience will chime in but it looks like you have a pest problem also, looks like something has been chewing on the leaves.

Im afraid you have drowned them. glass jars are probably the worse thing you could put them in , the water cant go anywhere and probably isnt even evaporating , so its built up ...and the glass would keep the soil cold,

Howdy, Fritzthecat. If youre sprouting in coco you want it to always be kept moist and you'll want prebuffered/washed coir so that it doesn't misbehave. Your seedling has an appearance like it's constantly sitting under too much moisture and you may have pests like fungus gnats wreaking havoc too because it's so damp.

Beyond that, I would drop your glass container into a dark cup so that the roots aren't affected by any light getting through hitting the roots. Doesn't kill them, they just shy away from light and you don't want that. The red stem could suggest cold environment but you mentioned a comfy temperature, so let's assume genetics.

The amount of condensation showing on your dome suggests humidity is way too high. You start them higher like clones, but you want to wean them off of it as soon as the plant can handle it. That is a goal to shoot for, not trying to keep them happy under the dome for a prolonged period. Think of it as a neonatal intensive care unit.

I didn't even notice at first look it is in a glass container, that is definitely a problem.

Heja :)

She s over the hill.

thank you

have you got any more seeds ? the other thing ive noticed with that pot is that it would be impossible to repot without breaking all the soil up around the roots. what about a pot noodle pot or something like that, or whatever the german equivilent is , schupfnudeln ?

Haha

Schlumpfnudln... .)

In Holland, next to German plain socks got used. I used for my last seed.
... My cat ate the other seedling...

Paper towel I know got also used very common..

One seed has now, day three or so one centimeter root. I did ..her in the coco soil. No light at the root, thanks for that.

And the second seedling is now day four and still has only broke up. I put extra layer of dark sheets, so the roots won't see light. I put it near the light to raise temperatur.

The third I think is over the hill, I simply let them grow , pot, grow, pot with good food LATER on. One of my past seedling I pushed to early and the stem broke, cause of hight.

Three plant are allowed in Germany.

Take the dome off.!! Your causing them to rot, from too much moisture.

You only need the dome till the first set of leaves, show.

if i lived in holland i would get the train to amsterdam, get some high grade white widow and forget the growing..its ok in the summer but as soon as you have to plug in heaters and things, running for 18 hrs it cost more to grow it than buy it.
