Help determining veg state please

I added a couple pictures from yesterday's that i took as ive been taking pictures and talking to friends about my first grow.

But what im curious about is how to tell if my seedlings reached veg state....Im struggling to seem to find consistent info on it. I know timelines provided anywhere isnt and end all be all type thing but today being 2 weeks after the germination phase technically it would be the veg state now. I however havent seen any rapid vertical growth like i saw.

Anyone able to help outba first time grower?

It’s still really what we’d call a seedling however it’s also in veg stage.

The first few weeks puts its energy into rooting itself.

Looks healthy

Good luck and enjoy the adventure and don’t tell too many mates because that’s the worst thing you can do they will all ask for some and then before you know it everybody knows you’re growing and everybody is asking you for some.

Tell em they died if you need a way out being illegal that’s what I’d do
Even if your legal rem you got what they want 😉

With that said of it kinda being both should I set my parameters to veg or leave it at seedling and for how much longer?

The ones ive talked to grow as well(legal in ny) I did have one saying they were excited for me and have been supportivem he mentioned trying some to give me contructibe critisizm as he grows as well so he doesn't need it...plus sampling to see if its his taste.
.I offered him as well some and or a couple seeds as a thanks for watching over my planned grow during the warmer months while I have a family vacation in late june to early July. He gracuously declined the offer so his intentions with the sampling comment is pure. Lol

As a new grower you could set your RH to 65 and it will work for seedling and veg, at about day 15 I would be at a minimum of 300 PPFD and VPD around .6. As you become more experienced you can tweek your settings to what works for you. Also do a little research on DLI and a lot of research on everything else.

I think I got that all right, but in my defense there may be some THC in my blood.

Seedling 2 weeks +/- a few days
Veg 14 days +/- a few days until flip
Flip is 12 or less light hours a day and will last until harvest which can be 7-10+ weeks depending on strain.

Learning the nomenclature will come quick if you spend some time on this site. So much info here. Use the search function on any growing or preparing topic from smoke to edibles. Great site😉

With your rule of thumb i have officially reached vegetative stage! I went to look at my humidifier water level and was able to see defined 3 bladed leaf locations! When I asked this the other day there were new leaves growing in but couldn't tell which way they were going as far as growth wise(individual or 3 blade). Great way to make my saturday!
