Just wanted to show off the girls. Was aiming for a June smoke. Started January, 7 week veg and 2 weeks into Flower.
Scrog and Tied. (Did not utilize entire screen :( ) Growing under Mars FC-E1000, Temps are around 21-25C(Day) 17-19C(night)

Looking forward to a good harvest.

Thanks GMonster. Screens were about 5"., which is a bit lower than most recommend but it saved a lot of lollipopping later(imo) as more lower shoots were able to capitalize. Started screening around 3 weeks. Switched from 3G pots to 7 around week 5. Probably could have filled the screen with an additional month, but trying to get through this grow and the next one before Winter heating bills come creeping back in. Should be ripe for the plucking by mid-may, smoking by end of June. Next harvest, which is 2 Barneys Farm Mimosa x Orange Punch is aiming to be done in August - lighting up by October.

Had a 4x4x6.5 Mars Tent, but humidity and heat was tricky to control. Removed the Tent and kept the skeleton parts to use as a light/scrog hanger, It also lets some flower expand past what would have otherwise been against a tent wall. Small sacrifice with the light leak, but buys me a extra room on the ends to let buds space out. The entire grow room is 10x10 with bright light walls, so im not overly concerned; plenty of lung and air exchange. Also have a 4" carbon filter( small by most standards) jut pulling out any additional heat/humidity, and 2 air intakes coming from outside. I live next to the ocean, so this provides a decent Humidity boost(when needed) and saves me using a humidifier. AVG humidity in my region is around 65%, but with a strong led, the heat puts it down to a managable 35-45% pending on his powerful i have the fans on. Week 4 or 5, ill almost have them completely shut down as this drops humidity levels to around 32-38%. On the lower-side, but good reassurance aginst the evil bud rot.

That sounds like a solid approach. I do love scrogging. Today i use what I call floater screens. I can keep the plant mobile and get the same effect as a scrog. A floater can be simply placed on top and flip to flower. No waiting to fill a screen.

Then to complicate things I throw in a monster clone..lol. Fun growing.

That’s awesome man! I’ve heard of people using the floating screen approach before to deal with watering, as well as just all around manageability. What strains are you running or have you run recently?

I think one change up ill be doing for the next round, is beginning of flower, I am going to lower light intensity to 850, and then once flowers begin really producing; increase it to 1000. I think I would have gained an extra 3" of stretch + and ultimately an additional .5' each direction. Eh. Learn and Learn. This is my first time using scrog. Ive always just tied down so its my most even canopy to date.

Recently..Cap Junky, Jealousy, Cherry Pie Crust and a slew of others.

Floaters keep things mobile. I can remove a plant from a group with no issues and still get the scrog effect. I typically run multiple strains so being mobile is important.

Had a scary session today between chasing my poodle around and nutes. Think I added 25% more of sensi b. After an hour dumped 1.5 litres of clean ph perfect in there so I could keep myself calm. Might still be a mild shot too much but at least a little extra dilution should hopefully help me sleep.

Hella Jelly harvest pics coming soon. The smell is great but some pros and cons to this strain. Pros, smell, ease of growing and certainly no complaint about weight(for such a fast finisher(48). That being said. The cons. As much as a sweet deal as the speed it finishes is, I think you sacrifice time in catching any issues before they become a steam train. Both my hella jelly and jelly donut dealt with the dreaded calcium issue at week 5-6 of flower. Jelly donut took its cal/mag dose and issues haulted almost immediately, within a day or two. Hella jelly however was like watching the wishmaster grant the hobos wish against a pharmacist. It wasn’t a nuke but it was like a 3x metabolism speed watching the calcium issue take its toll.
The plant did snap out of it but definitely required some extra prayers.
Here’s a few pics though! I’m still pretty happy with its fight, and look forward to dry weight announcement.
