Flowering confusion of my cultivar

Is this what you called flower stretch or still vegging? Switched to flower 16 days ago, still no sign of preflower and the sex is not revealed either. They were veg for 15hrs for 4 weeks then switch to 12hrs.

Yeah, it looks like it’s about to start flowering. I can’t zoom in clearly, but it looks like it’s showing sex on some of the nodes. I usually don’t flip a plant until it starts putting out alternating nodes, which means it’s sexually mature (around 45-60 days). Of course you can force it early, and sometimes you have to for space concerns, but that may explain why it’s taking a little longer than usual.
