I’ve done a lot of research into crop steering recently,

I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge and experience could hop in
And break down there setup down to pipeline drippers timings wc% p1 timings p2 timings

I wanna build a irrigation system probably gonna go flora flex looking for good recommendations of moisture sensors all the other stuff to properly collect the data nd tht

For example (if lights on a 12am first shot 200ml at 1pm repeat every 20 mins or so till max WC nd 10-20% run off) at what point do I introduce p2 shots nd how long before Lights off for the p3 shot

What if I don’t get the 45%-50% dry back over night

Someone settle my mind nd give me a cheat sheet please thank you in advance

First time trying something like this for me.

Quick feedback:

The number of pulses really depends on the stage of the plant and how hungry/thirsty they are. Very early stage one pulse a day, early to late veg 2-4, mid to later flower 4-5 pulses. All with 15-25% runoff…I have learned more runoff is better than less. As long as the reservoir ph/ec levels and runoff levels check out, usually pretty good.

Dry back time is very important after watering, depending on what gallon pot is being used and what stage the plant is can determine how much time is needed to dry back. Not completely dry but a little time before that, you can tell by the weight of the pot.

Good practice is to pulse 1 hour after lights on, 2-3 during lights on and anther one 1-2 before lights off. I chose to use a 1 gal cubed flora flex for quick dry back and more consistent feeding.

Not sure if this helps at all. It’s been a pretty fun learned experience would say.
