I call this outside the box technique, 1 plant two pots, root both sides of a clone instead of one side, and transplant both sides in to different pots. sky is the limit With this, you can plant one side in Dwc other side in soil, or Two separate soils, or different fertilizers for each pot, etc etc. lots of possibilities with this tech.

Thats cool. So do you think the water/nutes can travel either direction inside the stalk? I cant help wondering if you could turn the 2 to 4 outside, lower stems (of a plant in a 5 gallon or greater pot) down back into the soil if you could get bigger colas, yield with 3 to 5 root balls.

I have got great results with this method, buds 25% bigger at least. better quality, more vigorous, healthy plants overall. Some people are going to doubt me without ever trying this tech, they just talk out there neck. Haters are gonna hate and doubters are gonna bought. This tech truly rocks ✌️

Yeah i like to see your setup for that plant. It's interesting at least and i like to see how you do it

This is mega cool next level plant hacking! The implications have my mind racing. What I'm going to expect will happen is one medium will be favored as the primary feeding one, so there will likely be a dominant root ball. But the one problem it potentially solves jumped out at me right away: Incompatible feedings. So you could sort your nutes and pair them to each medium for maximum compatibility and uptake. Gonna noodle this one over because it might solve some particular problems. So many configuration possibilities! Or how about this... Air layering multiple branches and turning them into multiple feeding points! Thanks for sharing this.

Best analogy I can offer is it's like you had a one cylinder engine and you just converted it to a two cylinder!

That’s bad ass you see the implications for this tech as I do, I see and have experienced so many advantages to this style of growing it’s crazy. It’s wild because a lot of people lack my vision, and think it’s all fun and games. I know for a fact there is something special here, just need to keep moving forward with it and experimenting with different ideas. Wish I had somebody like you to help me figure out the best way to use this tech. I have said it before, going to take me years to try all the different things I can do with this tech, need the community to help me fine tune it. Please experiment with it and share your results. Seems you share my vision on this style of growing. If not no biggie, I’ll keep chugging along. I appreciate your comment and opinions on this tech. I’ll keep you posted as things move along.
God bless 🙏

I love experimenting... Trying something out and then watching what happens. It's that observation window that provides the learning experience. So you gave me an idea for one I want to do over the summer now, and it's to do a plant with dual main mediums and about 3-4 air layered branches at different sites. Not even sure what I'd do with that many feeding ports but I have some ideas. 🤣
