So early that much frost!!? What day from flip on that plant? Second pic.
For me it doesn't look normal, normally I get just one bud side which shoot out pistils, not two at once. But could be normal if stretched and the plant start stacking.
Don't cut off too much too early, which day are those, same day flipped and same strain?
. I have had this happen many times!! My new favourite style is 12/12 from seed. No more trimming, more plant cultivars at the same time!!

If I can suggest sth. It would be a bar light instead of a panel light, less heat and more uniform light penetration.
Use the panel's for veg or clones.
