So sorry about your furry friend, hope your remaining one isn't too lonely without him. 🙁

BTW, Port Huron has some amazing sights. LOL

Dogs just don’t last long enough. My wife called once and said she thinks our Chihuahua little Jimmie was having a stroke. Spent the day in an oxygen tent at the vets. First question they asked if there was marijuana in the house. I blamed it on my wife and her friend, my wife doesn’t smoke. Little guy was whacked.

Rip to your dog Chucky✌️what a awesome name fatty reminds me of big joints👍
Thanks, you old Gouda! But admittedly, any resemblance between the dear departed, and weed is purely coincidental! Although she was the only animal I have ever had that knows what it’s like to be stoned out of her gourd!😁

Yeah, I’m lucky It was the dog that got a hold of it! If it was a kid, I would still be in jail! You have to be extremely careful with edibles!

The fact that they came to that conclusion so fast kind of indicates that that is not a rare occurrence! I’ve got several oxygen machines here! Never thought about putting her on one!

I'm sorry about your old Fatty. 😢 My pups are in a cloud of smoke every night when i'm home all of my dogs have lived looong lives but i never had a large breed (except for the rescue) i know they don't live as long as the little biters do.

Thanks Gal! One of the first things I thought of after it was done was, I’m glad it didn’t happen three months ago! I would probably have a poodle!😂✌️

Boom Boom out go the lights🤣

I’ve had a lot of dogs over the years, and losing one is never easy. At my age I’m probably on my last dogs, my 4th Chesapeake, and a Stabyhoun (doubtful you’ve seen one), he looks like a cross between a setter and a Spaniel.

Yeah, Wednesday I went up to Old Station and opened up. No broken pipes, so that was great! Raked, dumped, and burned 35 UTV loads of pine needles, and this year the pine cones were insane, thousands of them! I did get to wet a line, caught and released 5 in about 25 minutes. Coolest thing was my wife had asked an artist friend to carve an antler and hand paint a Canvasback in flight, then at the Fishermen’s Breakfast I won another carved horn by the same artist! Snowed about 500 feet higher than us on Sat and Sun.

Beautiful! Maybe fallow deer antlers! I think it can get pretty crowded up there on opening day! Especially around Hat Creek Park!

The amazing thing is the artist is colorblind!!! He has to ask his wife if the colors are correct. Here's another I have, it's on a polished agate.

Some people have all the talent! That is crazy!😍 He should see if the DFG would use his work on a warden stamp! Or maybe he already has! I’m gonna pick up five or six of them because the golden trout is on this year’s! Going to send them to the people that have been partners on the trail and have actually caught some! And the money goes for a good cause! They are only five bucks apiece!

I've never seen those in the wild almost look like a sea creature
They have no leaves, stems, or chlorophyll, just a flower that appears in the spring as the snow melts. They have a parasitic relationship with pine tree roots, and through a fungi they "steal" sugars from the pine tree roots. They never seem to grow in the same place twice.
