Interesting thread. Worth noting that the same user posted this complaint on at least two other grower forums where they had established post history and reputation. On those forums the reaction was completely different - the community took the complaint seriously, a breeder stepped in to mediate, and GLG eventually resolved it.
The takeaway for any seed bank: the same shipping issue can land as a non-event on one forum and a six-page problem on another, depending entirely on who is posting and where. Most brands only find out about the second scenario after the damage is done.
