Update shipping number has been sent order is otw!! Cheers glg is solid this guy is nuts

On April 28th 2026 I ordered a pack of Banana Yuzu from Bodhi through GLG. I had 3 successful orders with them previously. It’s been 15 days since order and I’ve not gotten any shipping update. I reached out to the sales email and the contact form on the website to make sure everything is okay, I haven’t heard back yet.

I understand from the other responses here that there was some medical issues but I’m concerned now because orders placed after mine appear to have been sent. I’m hoping my order does come after all, I was really excited to pop those beans. It’s been long enough of a wait that I may have to pick other beans to pop so my garden doesn’t have a huge lapse.

I signed up for the forum to respond to this thread. If I get anything from GLG regarding shipping, I’ll come back to update.

If your shipping status says "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" don't let them tell you that means it's on the way. It isn't. There seems to be a misunderstanding over there regarding what some of these shipping statuses mean and where exactly the responsibility of the seller ends and the Post Office begins.

Came back to say that my order did get assigned a tracking number. I didn’t get a reply from their email but I did see an Instagram post on their greatlakesgenetics2 page (not on their main page) asking people not to email and just be patient. I saw this after my original post, or I’d have just waited lol. I believe I’ll get my order and so will everyone else that is waiting. Well wishes to the GLG team for a quick recovery.
