First time grower. Left picture Day 4.Right picture Day 5.
Had to flush salt build up.
Is it stunted?
What to do anyways?

How do you have to flush salts in your first week

second picture looks like its soaking wet should watch out for that because your tiny root is very fragile at this point.

I threw in so much worm castings, around 30%. And the run off was hella brown so I thought thats what it is.

To actually flush you need to add 3* the pot size so say it’s a 5gallon pot you would need to add 15gallons of water as I very much doubt you did add that much & wouldn’t advise you did all you’ve really done is added to much water.
That said You may have flushed out some of the soils goodness so there’s that but I get why you did it being a new grower either way
Don’t worry too much just let it dry out before watering again

So 30% EWC and what else?
Let us know what's in the pot.

Looks like i dint really "flush" it. I just followed what ai said. Well I need some suggestions how to add back that soil goodness
