I am growing in my shed. Just started with 3 inch plant's. I am using 3 gallon air bags. I live in Pennsylvania.?1. How many hours of grow light should be using a day.? ?2. I would like to move them outdoors to get them to bud. What month should I move them outdoors? Thanks
