No it not ready yet bud she has a few weeks left.
When the flowers look like buds & the claxes have swollen would be a good time to look.

Getting real close i would recommend a jewlers loupe to help see the heads of the trichs on the bud. Long time growers all have this type of loupe or a digital magnifier. Good job so far, let them ride another 7days.
