So my plants juat started doing this the other day. I have a 400w light at 100% but its at the top of my shed like 3 feet away, good airflow, usually 27c to 29c with 60 to 68% humidity, 18/6 light and feeding once a week with Medi One at 750ppm with 6.2 ph.
They are tacoing but also like flopping over hiding from the light almost haha, my light intensity is my idea? When I get home from work if its worse ill lower it and try that first maybe.
Any inupt is great guys, Thanks.
p.s. one plant has some obvious nute burn and stuff going on these three were all recoveries and were in rough rough shape and that bad looking one is the runt lol so dont mind all that haha.

Yes i believe it's the lights intensity, i hope you can dial it down to 75%
