Morning, folks. Update time!
My girl seems to have recovered nicely from the hot solution issue from earlier in the week. I'm adding about 2 to 3L of water to the reservoir per day now, and topping the nutrients up to maintain an EC around 1.5 pH is steady at around 5.8 and very slowly drifting up to around 6.2 before I correct it back down again. I've cut back on the Flora Grow and increased the feed for the Flora Bloom and it seems to be working. Buds are stacking up nicely, some of them are 14" long and really starting to fatten up. This is week 4 of flowering now so most likely another 5 to 6 weeks left before harvest time. I'll let the plant tell me when she's ready rather than a hard target date. I'm aiming for around 5% amber trichomes and all the pistils nice and curled in and orange.
The new tent is really a game changer, I'm finding. It's so much easier to maintain that perfect environment with the added 20" of head room. I've got lots of air movement without being a leaf shaker, daytime temps are around 75F and 50% RH while nighttime temps are around 67F and 48% RH. VPD is in that happy range, and I'm getting a TON of light penetration between the SE4500 and the 4 side light bars from the Glow30. Making those hurdle style mounts has really helped, as I can move them closer or farther away, and rotate the angle on the bar as needed. Gotta make up 2 more, I think, for the other 2 bars before the next grow.
Anyway, enough of the novel. On to the pics!
Here's a couple of the overall canopy.
Here's a general shot showing the entire plant in the tent.
And here's some close up shots of some of the buds. I've put the tape measure beside a couple of them to show you the size.
To all who stopped by for a visit, thanks for checking out my girl! Let me know what you think, or if you spot anything that I've missed.
Cheers,
BA.
