I would use both all the way through. If you want to be fancy switch to only bloom the last 2 weeks

Had one girl jump up and the other two are like almost stopped growing up n now just concentrate on flowers

I have some light like that.
I used the veg when they were small and the lamp foot print could cover them.
Then when they got bigger i turned on bloom and got bigger foot print.
The thing is if you only use either bloom or veg it is only using half the diodes.
So to get full power 215 watt, you need both switches on.
And as grownsincs95 says, you can use both all the way if you need.

Starting another grow have 2 gushers autos and 3 white widows,the gushers are at 7 days in soil,n the white widows are 3 days doing the same space ,just added new shiny stuff and another exhaust fan n well here we go again, n have the last grow currently curing n looking good n smell sweet n lovely

2 gushers,to the left,at 10 days n 3 white widowz 4 days,in a 3 x2 tent,is a 4x2 tent big enough for 3 of these to full harvest?

3 white. Widows n 2 gushers gonna have to split the girlz up soon,wait for a new tent...maybe have to build one ,on a budget..
