We were lucky to get 1/4". Garden was dry by this evening .Stress can cause flowering in other plants too. Cosmos should not be doing this yet. But it's so pretty. Maybe it liked the half inch of rain last night.

We needed the rain, but this coming week looks brutal with the high temps and possible rain every day. Kinda reminds me of Florida. LOL

Full disclosure, I fried the Danish Auto Pot seeds, and the Afghan Autos are not doing well. I think I mixed too much amendments into the potting soil.

So, we've seen baby squirrels, chipmunks, ground hogs, and now raccoons. Went out back to look at the plants and saw this little one. I got 3' away to take the video. So cute.

So, I couldn't, (I really tried) to get rid of the extras. I ended up transplanting them into 7 gallon pots. I know. I know. LOL
