It is alright to be skeptical! I am blown away by the latest seeds I planted. . . . Original authentic Deep Chunk and X-18 hashplant from tom hill, obtained by a friend who visited him around 2004. These seeds are 7 years old and the deep chunk went 18/18, X-18 never had good germ rates but I have one sprout and another possible from 9 seeds. I scratched them with a nail file, soaked them in mineral water for 2 days and then into a 50/50 mix of potting soil and peat. The chunk is showing some real vigor, just can't believe it. I think the only other folks to ever get original X-18 seeds were ACE, and then DNA genetics also got some beans or the cut from ACE I forget how that went down.

Also sprouting some of DNA's Tora Bora strain, thanks logic for the hookup on that one. Going to compare that feminized hybrid against authentic original X-18, can't wait to see how they turn out in the sierra mountains about halfway between tahoe and sacramento. Perfect terrain for some hashplants and kush!

Sounds killer! The terrain sounds awesome!Wish i could grow outside where im at.Maybe 1 day.Make sure to take some pics for us.Gonna keep an eye on this 1. peace, fuzzy

Sprouted them inside, but it was a great day today that felt like the first day of spring so I let them get some sunshine. At night it is back under the flouros, until mid may and then they go outside. I swear I never thought the X18 would sprout, I have never smoked any of that but it comes highly recommended! And Deep Chunk, well there is never ever enough Chunk so it has been done b4 but these are special beans that came from the dude's hands.

DNA boys got it from RACO and made femm'd beans without his peromission. It was a big argument/topic over at another site

Well, shamefully I could not bring the X18 to grow. Some of them sprouted, but lacked the vigor to shed the seed coat and grow. I am disappointed to only have the tora bora femmed seeds from *** seeds/con artists to get my paki hashplant fix.

However the chunks are kicking ass! I cannot believe the vigor in these seeds which are at least 6 years old. But my outdoor plans went to shit until later in the year when a particular river drops about 10 feet !

I did find this particular beauty, a New Killer Queen from stonpony, back when heaven's stairway was operating. Those were the days, I would kill for seeds of the Blue's Clues that he did. This one might be mega dank, it is a c99xg13 hybrid. Only one from 3 to grow with any vigor and 2 did not sprout.

And the last gem here is some DJ short blueberry, that I bought in 2003 so it might be from 2001 stock at the earliest, but definitely this pack gave me some vigorous and mutant-free plants back then when i grew some out. Maybe one of these three will be a good female that grows some good sized buds, or a resiny male to work back into the blockhead line a bit.
