So i've got six plants in an aero/dwc in a 27gal tote under 1x400wHPS and 1x400wMH. the canopy is pretty thick and i'm thinking not enough light is getting to the lower buds. I was wanting to thin out the upper leaves but didn't know if it would hurt the plants. so how much can i take off without any negative effects to my girls i guess is my question. here's the pics.

yes you can trim her up, but dont go nuts and take too much off at once - look for leaves that are older/damaged and start with those
