I'm different from everyone, and it's because I've tossed cuts of girls I thought I didn't like. Then they got a nice cure on them and I changed my mind. I say keep SMALL (tiny, beer cup size) cuts of every pheno until the buds off each are truly finished. Just in case!

That really is some gorgeousness you've got goin' on there, Joker.

Thanks Sea. I have mothers of all of these girls. Not until the smoke test , but I want a pink and a purple. Very low smell on these which makes it ideal for a cab grow.

Not really. This new job is kicking my ass. No. 1 which was a gift from Clepter so far is the best smelling. They all yield well.

More trimming ahead.

Well you are working and that is good because you like to have work and income is always nice. So when the job kicks your ass it is nice to come home to the selection of tasty goodies you have in your stash.

When I used to have paper routes and do lawns and be grumbling because I was gonna miss out on some fun the old guy that lived next door would say "The best fun you will ever have will always come after you have worked hard". Later when I had a pocketful of money when I needed it I always knew what he meant.

So keep your nose to the grindstone Joker and you will reap the rewards. Plus you have your girl and that reminds me of....

Dude... I'm so grateful to be working. It makes you feel good. Last year , sitting in my shop, looking at all my equipment and empty office ... It was like drowning. Now, I'm back in the saddle, working all day and trimming at night.

The sativa phenos are kicking the indica phenos ass. Chocolate Trip, Original Diesel ,Chemdog 4 and THE WHITE !are in the house!

When it rains it pours, right? Nice little group of newcomers you got there. Good vibes sent your way Joker on the work front, swimming is much better than drowning. I envy your selection.

Do you add lime to your #4 mix or do the buffer tabs handle that? I need to ditch the Fox Farm, as I'm growing weed, not fungus gnats. I think I smell that "grape soda" smell on my KF, grape soda with a fizzy lemon back. How's the selection going?

No. I've grown with and without the buffer tabs. Since I'm a hydro guy , I like bottled organics as I can bump up in week 5 etc. I used budswel. The KF are nute sensitive so the tabs are perfect. For a few others, I felt that yield was a bit lacking. I've tried with and without the tabs.

The difficulty for me with the tabs is I have no idea when they run out. I fed these just plain water with some floralicious plus until week 4. In week 5 they got Pura Vida nutes at half strength and then budswel at 5 ml per gallon.

This latest round is without the tabs. Finishishing Big White x Herijuana which is fun to grow as well as 1988 G13 Hashplant x Butterscotch Hawaiian which may or may bot be a keeper. Coming up , Pure Kush and Pre2k SJ Short Blueberry Sativa which is my favorite plant to grow. No tabs on those, just Sannies bacto or compost tea as well as Pura Vida nutes and Diotomic Humus.

A pre-2k BB sativa grow sounds sweet, that is a fun plant to watch grow. I was just checking out Diatomic Humus, and that looks like some quality stuff! It looks like the "missing link" between nutes and roots. I can see how it would be easy to fry your plants using that stuff, as it seems like it super charges your nutes and frees up minerals and nutes from the soil and water. Soil seems to be a bit of a guessing game, what's in the mix?, how much is available? when?.... Most of my grows up till now have been in soil-less with hydro nute style feeding, and this is a much different, "cross you're fingers" til you figure out what's what kind of style. I can't wait, just when I get settled with the feeding, summer is gonna be here and fry me anyhow!

I really liked knowing exactly what my plants were getting using soil-less and chem ferts, but I have a feeling soil will payoff in the long run with ease and quality. But until then.............

I was just reading too that with the addition of diatomic humus, you can actually add salt based nutes to a live brew and not harm the culture. I was under the impression that these two types of 'food" were mutually exclusive. Diatomic humus seems to give you the best of both worlds. I'll try it out on my golf course first.

I have a pack of KF 2s that has been sitting around. I think Ive underestimated the potential this strain may have outdoors. Anyone with experience growing KF, and experience with Bud rot, would u say this strain is mold resistant?

Joker, I hope it's cool to put this up, she is a Killing Fields, lol. Purple seems to be the popular color in the F2's. 8 weeks roughly. Not as nice as yours Joker, but pretty dark. Awesome thread, awesome strain.

Awesome pics Soopy!

I just got 4 cuts and had to toss four KF moms to make room and i regret tossing one whose flavor came out after 2 weeks. The one week test had no flavor. But Chemdog #4, the white, Chocolate trip and Original Diesel! They were tossed for good reason. Down to the final 4. No. 4, 7,1 and 2.
