light dep ghouse from the ashes

hi all i have a ghouse i will be light depping. it was abandoned but i fixed it up.



can anyone tell me what hours of the day are best to light dep at for 12/12?

is sunrise better than sunset?


i have my plants set for 7:30am to 1:30am (18/6) right now.
