Does anybody have info on heat exchangers that are NOT drain to waste?

The reason is that my grow room is next to a 2400 gallon underground tank that holds my drinking and irrigation water. It's a pretty constant 55 degrees, perfect for a heat exchanger, but I want to drain the water back to the tank.

for sizing, I'm running 3000 watts now with expansion plans up to 7000 watts.

well even if its drain to waste you can run the "waste" line back into your artesian well

The issue is the kind of materials the exchanger is made out of...After the cold water goes through it, will it be potable/good drinking water?

I ended up talking to the people that make these units. Copper pipe, solder the same that fits copper pipes together in your house, integrated solenoud and thermostat, too. ....Totally good to drink the water after going through the exchanger. Pretty good price, too.

I have a water cooler that I would run into a large rez and use that as my cooling tank.. here is a pic
