I figure it's about time I put up some pictures and things of my growing out some Cannacopia gear. This is my first time really going at growing this type of plant, but I've been an organic gardener for a number of years doing fruits and veggies and some light orchard stuff with apples and pears and the like. I'm now a caregiver and have started some nice sounding indica crosses for folks who are in need of that type of med, and will have some sativa-ish stuff coming along later.

So what am I growing... Krush x Deep Chunk, Chocolate Trip x Deep Chunk, Bubba Kush x Deep Chunk and Blowfish x Deep Chunk (they also call it Resin Bomb).

I'll put up pictures from the very beginning. I started the seeds on March 22, and had a great germination rate. I started 20 and 19 popped through the soil. A short while later I had some nice starts.

Then I'll skip to about a month later, because these things grow soooo slowly. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I've read so many things about how slow these grow.

The mix is ProMix BX along with some dolomite lime, earthworm castings, little epsom salt and soft-as-all-get-out water from my well. gulp gulp.

Then I started the training. I'm training one of each pretty hard to see how it goes. I'm also topping them all to see how they respond, and it's fun to see them grow!

10 days after the previous post, these pictures show the progress. Slow going still. I up-potted to some 4 gallon square buckets and 6.5 gallon nursery pots for most. The LST'd plants were still in smaller containers. The leaves on the Krush and Blowfish crosses are just getting ridiculously big at this point.

And then we move on to week 7 of veg. The leaves are so intensely green on some of these plants. The Krush has my favorite smell when you rub the leaves. It's so sweet and light. Still training the LST'd ones hard, too.

The Blowfish cross smells really nice, too. The Krush strain is the picture that looks like it's hands are reaching towards the sky.

Fast forward one week to the 8th week since seeds went into soil and the leaves on the Krush and Blowfish crosses are super nice. This picture is of the BF cross with the huge leaf. The other picture is of the BF lst'd plant, still in a smaller container. I'll up-pot these all pretty soon.

The single plant there is the chocolate cross. It's fun to look back at pictures from a few weeks ago when you think things aren't moving as fast as one would like. This plant just 2 weeks ago was maybe 2/3 the height that it is now. I put a number of plants into fabric pots to see how the air pruning worked out with them.

This leaves me to where I am today. So, as things progress, I'm sure I'll post up some more pictures and thoughts. I'm just pumped with how good things are looking thus far.

Confirmed 3 plants are female so far. One Krush cross, one blowfish cross and one chocolate cross. Finally heading into the big city to get a loupe so I can look up close on some of the others. Exciting to see it all actually working!

Looking good mang! Wish i had the outdoor space to drop some knowledge. I used to do some outdoor right smack in the heart of downtown back in the day! But that was a while back.

No kidding! I always thought about that... hiding things in plain sight.
