The CannaVenture Party Cup Competition
The Largest Trimmed Dry Yield WINS!
Anyone can enter for a chance to win bragging rights and CVS prizes.
1st Place - 24 seed voucher (8 voucher codes)
2nd Place - 12 seed (4 voucher codes)
3rd Place - 6 seed (2 voucher codes)
4th onwards - If you complete your grow and enter a final weight, your name will be entered into two drawings for prizes (tba).
When: Competition starts August 2nd (today). The entry deadline of September 1st. Root your cuts or start your feminized seeds in August and post your entries before the deadline.
What: Any breeders strain from regular seed, feminized seed or clone! 1 entry per participant, if she dies, your out. You must take a picture of your entry and have her posted by the deadline.
How: Select any breeders strain, select a growing style, start her in August, pick your plant, take a picture of her, and post your entry to this thread before the deadline. Then post bi-weekly updates until harvest. Dry and trim the buds, place on scale, take a picture, and post it to this thread before the final weigh in deadline.
Duration: 12 Weeks. This is plenty of time to germinate seeds or root clones, do the grow, harvest the plant and dry it for a total weight.
Winnings: Seed vouchers are a code that you will receive by PM. Each code is redeemable for (3) seeds within a 12 month period for any active strain in the CVS catalog. Each code can only be used once (obviously) and are NOT transferable (you can't give a code to someone else). Please record these codes for your own future use.
RULES:
#1 - You MUST use a 16oz party cup for the full duration of the grow.
#2 - You MUST post one picture update every two weeks.
#3 - The roots of the plant MUST be contained within the party cup.
#4 - You MUST take a picture of the fully dried and trimmed bud on a scale with the final weight easily viewable.
#5 - You CAN NOT enter a seeded plant. Don't pollinate your entry!
Competition Advisor - A representative for CannaVenture will be assigned to each competition to answer questions and keep the competition fair and reasonable. Please post questions, concerns or issues about the competition or your grow through PM to the Competition Advisor or directly in the thread.

Bi-Weekly Checkin - Every two weeks there is a deadline for posts, please check in with the Competition Advisor by the deadline; if you can not post pictures in a timely manner, have problems meeting the requirements or following the rules unfortunately you will be disqualified. The mandatory BiWeekly Checkin starts September 1st.
Terms of the Competition: You agree to keep the Competition Advisor informed of the status of your grow on a bi-weekly basis. You also agree to abide by the rules and not make drama if you are disqualified because you can not meet the requirements. If you feel you have an issue that can not be resolved by Competition Advisor, please contact CannaVenture directly and we will discuss it. Sharing a voucher code with anyone is grounds for forfeiture of winnings. Seed vouchers are a privilege for winners not a right.

The competition is mostly for fun and bragging rights. We have purposely kept the winnings reasonable for that purpose. In an effort to deter cheating we will be keeping the winnings the same for the duration of the contest.
