I am having issues with my mother stock at the moment and I am in need of assistance. Everything is planted in 6" square pots of home depot bricked coco (beats peat) that was rinsed and precharged with 5ml/gallon calmag. They are fed no more than 600ppm of floranova grow, calmag plus @ 4ml/gallon, thrive alive green in a feed/ water/ water schedule ph'd to 5.8 with runnoff showing the same as what is going in. Temps are 78 day and were going down to 64 at night but I just fixed that problem with the addition of a heater on a timer. (I'm thinking this should help a lot) Everything here is under T5's at the moment.

There are my AK48's which are showing what I think is an N deficiency or some sort of lock out. First they started yellowing and throwing deformed leafs so I bumped up the food to 800ppm which caused burn on the newer growth. So I flushed and resumed regular feed/water/water and they still continued yellowing and dropping leafs on the bottom of the plants. Rust spots started showing on the affected leafs so I again flushed and resumed feed this time with an added 1/2gram Epsom salts which seemed to have no affect. Which brings me to presently continuing the yellowing from bottom up but now showing rust spots. I have tried to correct this issue 4x now with a flush/resume feed program but it is getting me no where fast and some of them look over watered from all of the flushing going on here.

Then there are My purple Kush who do not show any yellowing but are getting rust/bloching on the leafs which will spread until the leaf shrivels up and dies and the symptoms move up the plant to the next victim. I have noticed that in some cases the blotches even apear to chew through the leafs. There are no bugs which has me thinking it is leaf septoria. I havent dealt with this before so I am having trouble identifying it. Some of these pics show the spotting progressing to different stages. They are also showing purple stems/veins but this is from the cold nights I'm thinking.

The full plant shots and the yellow leaf samples are the ak48's and the darker leaf samples are the kush

What do you guys think? Should I up the calmag?

They have an issue with P and K I think. Reddened petioles and the necrosis working its way back up the leaf suggests they lack for phosphorous. The crepe-y look hints at a pH problem, so I would suggest letting it range. 5.8-6.2 is safe for coco growing, sometimes I let it range a little lower and a little higher.

Stop flushing, just give low doses of feed. In fact, if they were my plants they'd be getting a regimen closer to feed-feed-feed-water.

Use this flow chart and visual Dx chart to help you see what I'm seeing.
