Day 31.
Sorry bout the condensation on the camera lens. Makes it look like a glamour shot.

are you seeing any downside to the large buds? lol never thought id say that haha

just wonder if they would be more potent or tastier smaller?

have you grown this out in a bucket with soil ever? are the buds normal size if you have?[/quote

Those large nugs make his penis look freakishly small,So while he has great success on buds he is batting a big fat zero with the ladies...

Dammit! That has been my problem the whole time!
Thanks fishwhistle, that shit made me laugh this morning. I will wake up in the middle of my night for that kind of shit. I will have to find a strain with smaller colas, that will make my dick look way bigger.
I think this could solve my womens problems.
I think you're on to something.

I bet you looked at that picture sideways.
And now you have a crick in your neck.

I would like to state for the record that having a certain degree of automation, like the irrigation manifold and cycle timer, makes life worth living. After building shit every day for weeks at a time, to not have to do shit but make up a res every couple days and adjust ph sometimes when I show up is priceless.
The double trellis, with the metal screen below and the horti-trellis up top, makes it where I don't have any canopy management tasks. Unlike vert where you have to get in there and fuck with yoyos or fishing line from week 5 on. Been there.
Though I should support some of the lowers with fishing line probably, and I already see some leaners up top that will need some fishing line stabilization, as they will not be supported well enough by the plastic netting.
I dig this setup for the most part.

Isn't it? Love the cellphone camera through the loupe shots, classic.

Can you get between those rows somehow for maintenance?
It is a shitty digital camera from years ago through the loupe shot.
No location tagging that way.
The rows can be dragged across the floor out the way. If I had bought real casters, and then secured them properly(with 2 deck screws, not 1) then the rows would roll neatly out the way.
Next version of things will be slightly different. 8' long raceway tables on casters, but on a track for efficient sliding. Maybe nice polyurethane wheels. Want that shit to slide over with gentle pressure, like power steering type movement.
Made 6 low-profile tables so I could part each row in the middle for better access. Made irrigation tubing shaped like scissors to join tables so they could expand and contract. This leads to efficiency reduction as far as pressure and fluid delivery.
Fortunately Cap's good advice of restricting flow on the valves and increasing the irrigation pump on time on the cycle timer kicked ass and worked out perfectly.

Slightly different configuration coming up next time I think.

Right, forgot about the shitty casters. You got somadem chrome mannerfolds running or just the leaky valves with no clamps?

[warning for cliff-jumpers, I've only done those on low-pressure..]

Regular 6-outlet plastic deal that came with the air pump, no chrome. Commercial air 3. Should have got a commercial air 5. Next run I will be supplying more air to the tubs.
And no leaks, no clamps haha! It just looked like it from the pic because I was leaking nute runoff right onto the floor until I got the drain manifolds in place. Those shitty 1/2" valves will self-seal to an extent with exposure to salt solution, so the few drops that would come out in the beginning no longer do that.

Edit- You've seen the pics of the irrigation manifold, right?

Yep same as in the pics I showed in your thread. Pretty happy with how the system works so far. Hopefully it works the same for another month. I don't see why not.

Too much heat to do that, 8 1ks in 100 ft2, reflectix suspended ceiling and reflectix floor on top of the totes, and the reflectix walls all serve to confine heat as it is.
Hopefully will have new reflectors for next run.

Ya just when you get the opportunity maybe this winter try a run with out the glass in your reflectors and see for your self the difference there is just something about a bare bulb that the plants just can't get enough of I think thats one of the reasons the Adjustawings imop are the best out there today.
