Hey farmers, just tossing up some pics and some info from my run this season. All of these plants were grown from seed, and were not put into full sun or transplanted unt il late June. First pics are of one of my Durbans, from Sensi. I had two nice females that appear to be slightly different. The first one I did not top , and here she is. This plant has some of the spiciest, pungent buds I have ever smelled, almost like nag champa with a touch of citrus.

Next is a God bud x Shiskaberry, gifted from a friend, I have 3 of these ladies and they are all looking like fire. They all have a very berry like smell, half decent bud production, but what is there is absolutely COVERED in resin. Really happy with these ladies, they all appear to be quite similar in genetics. Here is the first one.

Next in line is a Grapefruit Krush from Emerald Triangle, I have two nice ladies - both of them extremely different phenos. This next one is quite tall, had lots of stretch. It has a very fruity smell, not so much like grapefruit or citrus , a lot more, melon like. Here she is

Question in regards to your yellow leaves , first they appear to be the leaves that were either once red or turn red from yellow. If they were once red and then turned to yellow at that point would you not remove them as to deter bugs in late stages of flower as bugs are attracked to yellow (hense yellow glue traps) just a thought ? or was thinking being they are coming from main cola , due you leave them as to not interfere with main bud production.

Hey Soser, I will definitely keep this thread updated! Much more to come! I would LIKE to let most of these ladies run for another 2 weeks but will more than likely have to take them down a week early. We have had a lot of cold , damp, cloudy days and some shockingly cool nights - not too sure how long I can push it. As for your question re: yellow leaves - I usually do a weekly removal of less than adequate leaves, but have never removed them to reduce bugs.

Great stuff,love the "set up"!

Cheers mate! It is a rather ideal set up!

growin on the balcony, how cool is that. plants looks sticky googey dog. enjoy..

Growing on the balcony is pretty convenient! Thanks ! - They are quite sticky gooey. Look absolutely insane in person. I have been farming for about 9 years now and this is my first proper attempt in the outdoors. I must say , I am diggin it.

nice bud shots dude, whats the pots' volume?

Thanks Royfree, first summer with a proper camera - more to come! The double-deep recycle bins are 83L.

Ok to continue - This next girl is my 2nd Durban from Sensi, this girl was topped, and responded very well. It is MASSIVE in comparison to her sister, and has much more of a spicy scent. Beautiful buds with such pronounced calyxes. The pistils were pink right from the get go.

Next is the 2nd, and completely different Grapefruit Krush. She is super short, no stretch, very Kush like. Smells like the PK that has been up here in Canada for a while. Looking forward to this one for sure.

Next is Corleone Kush from Cali Connection. Probably the best yielding plant lb for lb, the nugs are so hard, its difficult to imagine that they will get any more dense. Very nice smell, almost a skunky kush. I would run this again for sure if I could get the same pheno. Lets hope the smoke is as good !

Next is Shark from Pyramid Seeds. Super bushy, just went apeshit after being topped and transplanted. Not the largest colas ever but the flowers are so numerous and sticky, I am not complaining.

The next two ladies are both Godbud x Shishkaberry. One smells like an old cheddar, the other very sweet, and fruity. Grape-like.

The last lady in my garden this season is Tut from Pyramid Seeds. She responded very well to topping, and is putting on serious weight every day. Smells like burnt rubber. Very skunky.

Lol no worries about thieves. Security is pretty tight. Guards on duty 24/7, dogs have free roam of the balcony every night. I sincerely hope nobody is silly enough to try!!

Hey guys thanks for the compliments! Much appreciated.
Wow. Beautiful. Whats's your feeding regimen?

outwest

Sorry Outwest I just found this post today. These ladies were fed Pure Blend original veg, Karma, and sucanat for veg, then General Organics Bio Thrive bloom formula, pure blend original flower, cal mag and sucanat.

So I decided to take the ladies down on Friday, some peeks with the scope showed some pretty cloudy heads, and " they " were calling for frost for today. They were right. Woke up to an intense frost. Harvest pics and smoke reports to come!
