This is my first experiment from seed rather than clone. They germinated almost a month ago, and for the last week I've been slowly increasing their nutrients. It's canna coco (6+6 mL/gal A+B) and calimagic (2 mL/gal) for 580 ppm (1.2 EC) total right now. They're sitting under a 1000W MH bulb (and have been their whole life). The pictures show some discoloration at the tips and spotting on the lower leaves. Ignore where it looks like I sprayed tea on their leaves, because I did :)
Any thoughts?

I agree it's a lot of light. It would certainly be too much for a clone, but I figured seeds grow their foliage along with their roots, so there isn't an initial shock so long as they pop out of the medium directly into it (like the sun). Perhaps I'm being too aggressive.

I also agree it doesn't look too bad, but I've become accustomed to looking for the minor signs of any potential issues before they progress to cause real problems. Whatever the discoloration is, even in the best case it means I could be preparing these plants for flowering faster.

An update: I believe I solved it. I raised the light 6 inches, pulled the light cycle down to 12 hours, and added a 24 hour CFL to keep it in a veg state. This effectively increased the time that ventilation doesn't have to run, keeping humidity higher and VPD down. I also decreased EC to 0.9. New growth looks healthier and the plants are drinking more quickly.

Once again, a reminder to be gentle to seedlings.
