Um. With a healthy root zone in promix that doesn't really sound like it would be an issue. Nevermind that you certainly don't want to change the pH range of soil or mix that drastically at once. I mean are the plants having issues or are you worrying to worry?

I would just water at 6.0 and not worry about it further.

well i have had some issues , my meter busted and my ph went wack o , i was getting alot of leaf curl and yellow leafs with purple spots . but i was feeding alot maby to much . things have rebounded atm , but im just wondering because isnt promix grow considered hydro ? i thought u want your ph to be around 5.8 ? which is what i always watter at .. but i checked my soil with a 140 dollar ph spike and it says its around 6.8 , a few at 6.4

Get some worm castings and add to the top and work into soil with your fingers, you can use up to 20% by volume. You cant damage the plant at all with this stuff. It's like gold when your growing. Top water after working in. Helps keep bugs away and makes for great tasting plants.

By the way you know you posted this in the hydro section? You should be in the dirt and would get more answers maybe.
