    Pallet Racks For Vertical Growing?

Correct, I mean the stacking, each level with its own light. And the roller benches are a thing..

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

I'm loving this forum, best I've found so far, and it seems mostly Cali-centric. I like how everything was handled and apparently no one got the boot, how awesome. Pruning is another place where science and art meet, and can be so personalized. It's one of the few things I've done growing, month...

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

When I prune a plant I see it as a ball of energy with 2 polarities, root volume and stalks/foliage. I base my pruning of a plant on it's root volume. If I have a big root system and I prune and pluck at the right time to work with auxin, I can channel it into different areas. I see the whole...

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

Oh they definitely go black, and some of the hues in the buds are truly awesome. But overall we were unimpressed so I wouldn't be surprised if its junky seed phenos. The thing is there's like 6 different and cataloged Gelato phenos floating around the bay, and I think this is where the cookie...

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

I got cuts from North Bay and was told they were Gelato. I noticed 2 phenos right away and I think these are the 2 phenos almost everyone has around the Bay. BTW, the clones were crappy, new kids or something, many didn't even have a node in the cube and took forever to root. Then the 33 balled...

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

Top it in veg 1 week before flower, prune it up, mostly nodes, at day ~10 to desired estimated canopy depth leaving all branches that make it to the canopy zone. IME, when I top, I get more terminal bud sites but smaller buds but more yield. I top to avoid big giant colas that are prone to mold...

Is It Fair To Say That, Every Branch Reduces Cola Size?

I think about it as the less budding node sites correlates to bud size, to a point..

    Pallet Racks For Vertical Growing?

As far as my research has gone, it looks like pallet racks are the industry standard for vertical gardening?

This Oakland Cannabis Law Is The Model For The Country!

So a mega cannabis company can incubate a token equity applicant and hop to the front of the line, while other mom and pops get left behind, because who can house and give a job to someone for 3 years. Reparations are great, but the cops and city should pay for that stuff and it in no way should...

    Specialty Cottage

Has anyone around here set up or is setting up a California "Specialty Cottage" (Type 1A). It's a project, lots of hoops, and it would be awesome to connect with others going for small batch legal cultivation.

    2-shelf Rack Pros And Cons?

Yea, I'm imagining leaving 6" or so between the bottom light and 2nd shelf with a fan blowing the gap. I'm hoping that 4' total will be fine for each shelf, 1' each for media zone, stalk zone, canopy, and light zone. This is all for flowering plants.

    Greetings Fellow Growers

I like growing weed too. I'm mostly familiar with indoor, rockwool and drip using GH under 1000w hps. Currently smelling Zk3, Gelato, SFV OG, and GG4. Well awesome, I hope to learn and teach. Peace.

    2-shelf Rack Pros And Cons?

I'm designing a grow and want to utilize the ceiling height which starts to incline at 13'. So I'm thinking 4x4x10 foot high 2-shelf rack using a spydrx plus on each shelf. Any pros and cons? I'm familiar with 4'x8' trays on wooden tables with casters under 2 1000w hps using rockwool and drip...

    Gelato Phenotypes

I was about to can it as well, but the male flowers aren't too difficult to pick off and luckily they're sterile (I think ;)).

    Gelato Phenotypes

And seriously those awesome greens and Blues that come out on the 1st are something else, it's like a chameleon as it cures..

    Gelato Phenotypes

Exactly. Visually I like the 2nd one but the high was moderate or more cbd heavy, but smoking-wise the 1st was my preference. We must be neighbors, ha. I'm going to keep both, but overall it seems the 1st one with better stacking and heavier high is for the people.
