Greenhouse size and number of plants

i use 20-25 gallon pots in my greenhouse. I have a 8x12x8 and i can get 6 plants in there but its tight. Height is the main issue, i would hold off on the beds to give your plants more space. get a ring for the pots and keep tying them down. they will get huge in the greenhouse.

What the hell us this bug

Phitis are not great, noticed white spots in the top on leaves. This pics are only x8 so they are big. Looks like eggs all over the leaves. I moved my tent into my garage a week ago. I have a filter over my intake fan but something got in there. Any ideas what they are?
