    What's the deal with genetics?

I feel ya, I took a chance on Archive years ago and I’ve never been disappointed. The first few phenos of Face-Off I grew out all blew my top off. Been a fan of Archive ever since. Have a few packs of Dragons flame that I haven’t popped yet so verdict is still up in the air.

    What's the deal with genetics?

I was in a similar pickle several years ago, and it boiled down to bad genetics honestly. I popped enough seeds until I found a few winners and started from there breeding. Fire in, fire out as they say. Just bc two powerhouse strains combine doesn’t mean the progeny will be any good, but it...

    4x4/480watt vs 5x5/650watt?

I upgraded this year to a 5x5 from a 3x3. I’m now running a 600 hps and a 315 CMH philips and it’s rocking the hell out at the moment. Initially I was only going with my 600 hps, but had a extra 315 to throw in and what a difference in my quality. Looking for a cool tube now to drop temps a few...

Frustrating second grow starting way slow??

Those fabric pots are kinda big for seedlings, they slow early growth. They will catch up fine, establishing a bigger root system I’m sure and then will explode with growth. Good luck on the grow.

I got a little experimental supercropping

I personally wouldn’t touch it as long as it holds up, should heal fine on it’s on. I had a mother two months ago snapped in half from a fan falling. I propped her up with a pole and twine, now has a 1 inch knot where it cracked lol, just as healthy as it was before.

I got a little experimental supercropping

Ive been supercroping the hell out of a platinum cookie mother I have for years. She really loves it and responds well. I just use local honey and twine to bandage bad splits and breaks. Works great

    Advice Light heat and foxtailing

I’d just let them finish and reevaluate after. I had same issue and couldn’t stop the stretch as much as I wished. They all finished great but had some heat stress. I’m going for a taller tent this go around. I’m using two 315w CMH in a 4x4, I know your struggle lol.

    First Scrog ever, any tips?

Yea, bend and shape canopy as much as you can. Shoot for as even as you can and spread to fill your area.

How long is too long to veg ?...

I gotcha man, I’d say a minimum of 30 days veg with 60 being optimal. But different strains require different lengths of growth to achieve its proper maturity in flower. You’ll learn so much from your first grow and find ways to improve along the way. Good luck 👍

    First Scrog ever, any tips?

Nearing the end of this journey, smells are unreal from this pheno of Scooby, fresh baked bread with gassy sour notes. Started flushing this week and backed off nutes a week ago.
