Barneys Farm Seeds Rubbish Or Not

Yes of course Barney's Farm sucks because cool kids on the internet said so. This Banana Punch only produced 10oz of smoke. I was hoping for a pound. 😉

POTM Finalists Voting - Jul 2023

Canon G10 digital camera (15 years old), a cheap tripod, a bright ceiling light and a big black curtain. No extra lenses or flashes. The internal flash is always used. Minimal editing with GIMP software for free. It's like Photoshop. Most common adjustments are adjusting color saturation...

Chop day pics by Peat Phreak

No I haven't. I mix nutes fresh every time. Feeding 4-5 gallons 15x a month for 4 plants.

Rather than sue for infringement, I'm going to get MMS to custom make a strain for me. Since he is from Massachusetts, it will be called Chowdah Head. It will have the fiya! (Putang x Face Off) x Malawi = Chowdah Head

    Teens demolished my grow tent

PVC will work better than the shitty metal frame it came with. 3/4 inch diameter. All the right connectors are available to make a tent frame.

Thanks. I didn't know MMS was using my pics. He didn't even ask. Time to lawyer up! 😡 The smoke report is no grape at all. But it does taste very good. It's tart hibiscus tea and Simcoe hops. Simcoe are catty / piney hops. This smells exactly like them. It's the dank part of the aroma...

Thanks. The camera is a 10-15 year old Cannon G10 digital. No extra lenses or flashes. A tripod is used. The plant is photographed in front of a black curtain on the wall and on the floor. A bright ceiling light is on above the plant. The flash always activates because of the black...

What is a heavy feeder? (difference in PPM in vs out)

What you described is not an indicator of a heavy feeder. It's too early in the grow to worry about runoff ppm anyway. A heavy feeder would be a plant that can take 4.0EC or more without getting nute burnt badly. Later in the grow, the runoff PPM will be higher than input PPM. Flush if it...

    Post your own shareable pics...

It's really how it grew. No fuckery. I removed a few leaves like a normal bud pic. But it's not really called Penis Breath IBL. I made that up for giggles. It's (Toaster Strudel x MaiTai #4) by Clearwater

    Jungle Cake X Wedding Tree

The buzz turned out to be outstanding, so maybe I will grow it again. Needs a 6 week veg instead of 4.

Increasing Terpene Production In Hydroponic Systems

It depends on what kind of terpenes are present. Some don't start evaporating until the temp gets above 100F and others start evaporating at 70F. You'd have to run an experiment to answer that question. Plants will use CO2 regardless of temperature. The limiting factor for excess CO2...

Increasing Terpene Production In Hydroponic Systems

Yes the air doesn't matter. And it's the evaporation point not the flash point like I said previously. The flash point is a higher number. Terpenes can evaporate as low as 70F.

Increasing Terpene Production In Hydroponic Systems

It's too late in the grow for the plant to reveg or herm from a few extra hours of light per day. More light = more photosynthesis = more terpenes. Another tip is to keep the leaf temperature below 80F. Some terpenes such as Mercene are volatile and evaporate with higher temperatures.

    Mycorrhizae concentrations? Propagules vs weight?

I've used both at dose rates listed on the bag. Myco bliss is my favorite. Cheaper. Appears to produce a bigger population. Works well.
