Was gifted these girls and they’re struggling. Ideas?

I'm shocked at your ignorance. You own stock in Jiffy or something? Issues with peat pots are long-known and well-documented. One needs only crawl out from under the rock they live under and open their eyes and look for the information. End of story. Your story is a good one... keep...

Perhaps you should broaden your horizons, Aqua Man.

"As with any observation its only as accurate as the knowledge of the person observing." This would be one of those instances where the only suggestion I have for you and those of similar mindset would be to simply go fuck off.

That's fair. Apparently some people have experienced or observed plants with less than spectacular root development which can obviously attributed to a still-intact peat pod mesh wrapper that, for whatever reason, didn't biodegrade sufficiently and roots had a difficult time permeating. Other...

I respectfully disagree. But like just about every other facet of growing, everyone has an opinion. Slice the Jiffy peat plugs when you transplant. Or don't. 🤷🤦🙊🙉🙈 Your plants, your rules.

Smell is always a concern. Right now, the odor is quite low and unobtrusive IMO. We've all got fenced yards, and our prevailing winds out of the west usually keep the odor down. Truthfully, we've got plenty of wildlife around, and skunks get hit by cars around here with regularity, so it's...

Was gifted these girls and they’re struggling. Ideas?

I'd at least take an xacto knife and gently cut the outer pod "netting" being careful not to damage your roots. That's supposed to be some sort of biodegradable cornstarch crap but it takes quite a while to break down and although permeable, roots usually have more trouble than not trying to...

Those all definitely look salvageable, especially in new soil. It appears they are still in the greenhouse... How to you manage your temperatures inside? It's gotten far to warm in mine (it may only be 65 or 70 outside, but direct sun on the greenhouse will spike my temp way up to 90 to 100...

    Hooligan's Photo Album of Females

Started 40 seeds indoors (mid MI) March 1. 80% germ rate = 32 seedlings. Into solo cups April 1 in bay window. Out into greenhouse late april and into fabric pots May 1. Been out in the open 24/7 since.

Get yourself some fabric pots. Once your seedlings have some size to them and are ready, transplant them. Yes, autos don't like being transplanted. Hence the reason I prefer photoperiod. These girls were all started inside (mid MI area) in March and were into solo cups and in the greenhouse...

You aren't kidding around when you say the heat & humidity are really challenging this year. My vegetables did poorly and have all been culled off. This girl is a Dr. Grinspoon x Purple Sativa cross and has been a cantankerous bitch to say the least... Not unlike Mother Nature. Yes, she's got...

I must have missed the reason for not using the 4 gal pots... Simply a matter of wanting smaller size and fabric for breathability & moisture control?

I will admit to some noob frustration. This plant is giving me quite a run for my money. One thing is for certain... If the damn thing were a f%*king dandelion growing in my front lawn, you can bet your ass the f%*king thing would be THRIVING!! 😡
