How are you getting these for $300? Growers House has them on preorder for $435. Im trying out CMH's for the first time, havent flowered yet. Small garden 1 1k DE HPS, 1 Phillips 315 bulb, and a DE 630 CMH by Growers Choice over a 10x5. Ive heard a lot of good things, had to see for myself.

Ok I think I will do the same. Ive ran a boss hood with an DE Ushio 1k at that height with no issues, but wanted to try out the gavita/nanolux. The Boss hood was more like a 5x5 footprint or maybe 4x6.

For a 2k DE grow would a 4x8 bed be better than pots for yield? Ive heard that for beds to really be effective you need a large space with lots of overlapping light. For smaller grows its just better to stick to pots. Is this true? Beds would definitely be easier to maintain as far as watering...

Any more info on this? Cant find anything about it.

I havent read the whole thread so you might have answered this, but do you hand water or are you automated?

oh yea substituted algen for florolicious+ just because I didnt get the algen in my sample pack. Also subbed shooting powder with kool bloom because heard too many bad things about it.

I just did a run with H&G, I used magic green at 10ml per gal and never got burn, or any problems, but I didnt use it nearly as much as the feed schedule recommends. Thaat was about the only nutrient that I did run the recommended dosage though, even their normal feed schedule is too hot IMO...
